One of the 5 Pritchardia of the island. Grows lonely or in groups, from sea level in the West coast up to 600 meters above sea level.
Morphology
Leaves are shiny and green with small yellow spots. Yellow flowers. Globular fruits, 20-25 cm.
Climate
Tropical.
Germination
Seedlings germinate within 4-6 weeks and grow slowly initially.
Growing
A very attractive palm, popular in tropical areas. Likes sun to partial shade. Average water needs, water regularly.
